Bergmar Law LLC does things a little differently. Unlike other firms that take on a large volume of cases and leave client interactions to paralegals, assistants, or other non-lawyers, we handpick a small number of meritorious cases to which we dedicate all of our attention and resources. We do this because we believe individuals who have been mistreated or discriminated against deserve to be heard.
We also have a different perspective than most firms. Nina Maja Bergmar worked at several large defense firms in Atlanta before deciding to “switch sides” and use her experience to help real people with real problems. She has litigated numerous discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, protected leave, and other employment claims in state and federal courts across Georgia and Florida. With her unique insights into both sides of employment litigation, Ms. Bergmar is well positioned to obtain the best result for her clients.
